Reserve assessments are for the eventual repair and/ or replacement of the amenities within the Estates (gates, mailboxes, roads etc). Beneficial assessments are charged to those Estates where the landscape had been enhanced beyond what is found in a typical Estate. Six lots in Pueblos pay an additional reserve assessment for the maintenance of the wall that borders the front of their property on Eagle Feather Court.
