We would like to welcome and introduce new Fitness Trainer Michael Owen to our personal trainer team. Michael is a NASM-certified personal trainer and ‘Johnny-G’-certified spin instructor. He has been a personal trainer for five years and will be available for complimentary sessions on Monday & Tuesday afternoons from 2-6 PM. Michael is also available for personal training sessions over the weekend by appointment.
